In the area of Training, Performance Edge develops training programs for businesses in the areas of Communication, Leadership, Diversity, Team Development and Sales. Our uniqueness is embedded in the fact that we can offer customized training programs that fit into the context of our client’s business challenges.  Our content is created to be memorable, engaging, interactive and a compelling learning experience,

      • Our Communications Trainings focus on the Image, Impression and Impact one creates as a result of his/her communication.
      • Our Leadership Trainings focus on developing ones unique style of leadership and explores how a leader’s behavior contributes to his/her overall Image, Impression and Impact within an organization.
      • Our Sales Training program focuses on having a branded and unified sales training program that creates an Image, Impression and Impact that is consistent with a company’s brand, and aligns with their mission and values. 
      • Our Diversity and Team Development programs are designed to enhance and strengthen team work, team dynamics and team synergy within diverse teams. We customize every team development program based on the needs of our clients.  

 

Another product of our Training area is the development of Experiential Training Modules for existing or new programs.

      • We specialize in developing customized content in the form of experiential games, business simulations, interactive exercises, role plays and training models.
      • Experiential training modules fall into the categories of Communication, Leadership Diversity, Team Development and Sales. These modules target the development of individual competencies within the listed category. The focus of the de-brief at the end is customized based on the goals of the training program or behavioral changes desired by our clients.
      • These experiential training modules breathe life in to existing training program content or ones being newly designed.
