Lata Chawla - President and CEO
Lata Chawla is the President and CEO of Performance Edge, LLC. Prior to her current role, Chawla worked for ESPN, Inc. for 11 years. In her tenure at ESPN, she served in a variety of Leadership roles within the Human Resources Department. Prior to ESPN, Lata was a Manager in Human Resources at ITT Hartford Life Insurance Group for 3 years. Lata has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources in the areas of Training, Organizational Development, Staffing, Diversity, and Consulting. Chawla holds a Masters in HR Administration. She has taken management and negotiations classes at Harvard, UCLA and is a graduate of the 2004 L.E.A.P. Program and The Business Entrepreneurs program at the University of Hartford.
